Neymar, Unai Emery 'hold face-to-face talks to resolve differences'

Neymar, Emery 'hold face-to-face talks'

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar met with boss Unai Emery last week in an attempt to put their differences to one side, according to a report.

The pair's relationship at the Parc des Princes is said to have deteriorated in recent weeks, supposedly due to the world-record signing's inflated ego.

French outlet Telefoot claims that the Brazil international arranged face-to-face talks with Emery away from the field prior to PSG's meeting with Anderlecht in the Champions League, with the intention of clarifying their now-public issues.

Neymar and Emery are understood to have alleviated the growing tension during the constructive conversation, which the same report suggests ended on a positive note.

PSG remain on course for success both domestically and in Europe this term, topping the Ligue 1 table by four points and cruising into the last 16 of the Champions League.
