Zlatan Ibrahimovic laments "bad performance" against Evian TG

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is critical of his own performance against Evian TG and admits that Paris Saint-Germain did not deserve to win their Ligue 1 match on Wednesday.

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has admitted that his performance against Evian TG on Wednesday was "bad".

The defending French champions suffered their first defeat in Ligue 1 this season as they went down 2-0 at Parc des Sports, thanks to second-half goals from Clarck Nsikulu and Modou Sougou.

"We played a very bad game, we didn't deserve to win," ESPN quotes him as saying.

"Personally, I put in a bad performance. We didn't play as we have done in recent weeks. I hope it's going to wake us up.

"Each match is difficult, and it's a new challenge every time. You have to stay focused on your objectives."

PSG are currently a point clear at the top of the league table.
