Cristiano Ronaldo removed two Coca-Cola bottles from the table in front of him at the Euro 2020 pre-match press conference on Monday.
Coca-Cola is an official sponsor of both Euro 2020 and Ronald's club, Juventus. Two bottles of the fizzy drink were placed on Ronaldo's table for promotional reasons.
As Ronaldo sat down to speak to the media before the Group F opener against Hungary, he realized what was in front of him.
He grabbed the two bottles and removed them from his chair before shouting "Agua!" - [drink] water! -, while holding a bottle of water. He then rolled his eyes and said in disgust, "Coca-Cola".
Ronaldo had previously complained about his son's habit of drinking too much Coke and eating too many packets of crisps.
"We'll see if my son will become a great footballer. Sometimes he drinks Coke and eats crisps and it irritates me, he knows that," Ronaldo said at the Global Soccer Awards ceremony.
Portugal's Group F opener against Hungary kicks off today at 05:00 p.m. BST.
