Derek Adams, Shaun Miller win October League Two awards

The League Two Manager and Player of the Month for October have been named as Derek Adams and Shaun Miller.

Adams guided Plymouth Argyle to the top of the table with five wins out of six in what is his first season managing in English football.

Morecambe striker Miller returned from a long-term injury lay-off in style by netting five goals in six games for the Shrimps.

His lob against Bristol Rovers was his first goal in a year, and he then scored one of the strikes of the season with a dipping 30-yard volley in the win over AFC Wimbledon.
