Charlie Horton joins Peterborough United

League One side Peterborough United have signed on-trial goalkeeper Charlie Horton.

The 18-year-old has agreed terms on a three-year deal at Posh, much to the delight of the club's manager Darren Ferguson.

"Charlie has got a lot of potential and we look forward to working with him and trying to develop that potential," Ferguson told the club's official website.

"He is a big lad, at 6'4", and is someone we have been looking at in training."

Horton has previously been on trial at Manchester United and Chelsea.
