Half-Time Report: Olympiacos leading against Benfica

Olympiacos are leading Benfica 1-0 in their Champions League match this evening, thanks to a goal from Kostas Manolas.

Olympiacos keeper Roberto had to be alert in the opening minutes to first deny a close-range effort from Oscar Cardozo before blocking a strike from Lazar Markovic.

Manolas gave the home side the lead in the 13th minute when he headed home a corner from Jose Holebas.

Sambou Yatabare was next to test his luck with a long-range effort, but his strike sailed over the bar.
