Tom Adeyemi extends Oldham loan

Norwich City midfielder Tom Adeyemi has had his loan spell at Oldham extended until March 10.

Adeyemi, 20, had been due to return to Carrow Road, but did enough in his 29 appearances for Oldham to earn an extension to his time at Boundary Park.

The midfielder was part of the Oldham side that lost to Chesterfield in the Northern area final of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy on Monday.

Adeyemi was thrust into the media spotlight earlier this season when he was the subject of alleged racial abuse during Oldham's FA Cup match with Liverpool.
