Nottingham Forest's Jamie Paterson hints at Burnley move?

Nottingham Forest midfielder Jamie Paterson favourites a story on Sports Mole which links him with a transfer to Burnley.

Nottingham Forest midfielder Jamie Paterson has indicated that he would be open to the prospect of joining Burnley this summer.

Earlier today, Sports Mole reported on recent speculation that had claimed the 23-year-old was a target of Clarets boss Sean Dyche.

There have been further rumours this afternoon that Burnley have now firmed up their interest by submitting an undisclosed bid with their Championship counterparts.

Neither club has commented on those reports, but Paterson has sparked suggestions that he would welcome a move to Turf Moor, having favourited a tweet from another Twitter user (@PVBeetlestone), which links back to our article about a possible switch to Lancashire.

Paterson, who joined Forest from Walsall in 2013, made 25 appearances last season.
