Nottingham Forest earn late draw with Ipswich Town

Nottingham Forest fight back twice to earn a 2-2 draw at home to promotion rivals Ipswich Town in the Championship.

An injury-time equaliser from Michail Antonio has earned Nottingham Forest a 2-2 draw at home to promotion rivals Ipswich Town in the Championship.

The hosts almost took the lead during the opening 10 minutes, but Matty Fryatt's header from Antonio's cross came back off the post.

However, it was Ipswich who went in front on 19 minutes when Daryl Murphy created himself some space inside the penalty area before shooting low into the corner of the net to give the visitors a half-time lead.

Stuart Pearce's men started the second period dominantly, and they drew level with 63 minutes played as Robert Tesche met Henri Lansbury's corner to nod in at the back post.

Ipswich fought back to regain their advantage 10 minutes later, though, thanks to a header from Murphy following a Tyrone Mings cross.

Forest looked to be heading for a defeat as the game entered the fourth minute of injury time, but Antonio got on the end of a corner to convert the ball past Gerken and earn his side a point.
