Grant Holt to meet with Norwich City chief executive David McNally today

Norwich City striker Grant Holt is expected to meet with the club's chief executive David McNally this afternoon in order to discuss his future.

The 31-year-old stunned Canaries supporters by lodging a transfer request on Friday, which was immediately rejected by the club.

Holt's agent told BBC Radio Norfolk: "Things have gone on that are not right - that's what we're going to try and resolve."

Reports have emerged claiming that Sunderland could make a move for the striker.
