Sports Mole previews Wigan Athletic's Premier League visit to Norwich City.

Wigan Athletic travel to Norwich City this weekend in search of the three points that could move them out of the bottom three.

Roberto Martinez's side are within touching distance of Aston Villa and Southampton above them, but face a tough test against the in-form Canaries.

Norwich, looking to bounce back from this week's disappointing 4-1 defeat to Aston Villa in the League Cup, have claimed some big scalps in the league of late and could go as high as seventh with a win over Wigan.

Midfield duo Alex Tettey and Wes Hoolahan face late fitness tests for them, while Harry Kane could also feature after resuming training. Ryan Bennett and Andrew Surman will both miss out with knee injuries.

Gary Caldwell (hamstring), Shaun Maloney (groin), and Ivan Ramis (hamstring) are all doubtful for Wigan.

Recent form

Norwich: WDDWWL

Wigan: LLWLLD

Possible lineups

Norwich: Bunn; R Martin, Bassong, Barnett, Tierney; Pilkington, Johnson, Howson, Snodgrass; Holt, Morison

Wigan: Al Habsi; Boyce, Stam, Lopez; McCarthy, Jones, Gomez, McArthur, Beausejour; Kone, Di Santo

Sports Mole says: 2-1
