Half-Time Report: Norwich City ahead against West Bromwich Albion

Norwich City are 1-0 up against West Bromwich Albion at half time in their Premier League clash at Carrow Road.

The hosts were in control of the match right from the start and put the Baggies defence under pressure on a number of occasions in the opening minutes.

Anthony Pilkington came close for the Canaries in the 24th minute when he saw his effort from close range saved by Ben Foster, who denied Wes Hoolahan a minute later.

However, there was no stopping Robert Snodgrass, who slotted home from just yards out after Foster had kept out Hoolahan's initial shot.

It was Snodgrass's seventh goal of the season and was enough for Norwich to head into half time 1-0 up against West Brom.
