Nice have emerged as the leading contenders to sign Chelsea youngster Gael Kakuta on loan, according to L'Equipe.
The 20-year-old is expected to leave Stamford Bridge on a temporary basis this month, with France his likely destination.
Saint-Etienne, Dijon and Marseille have all been credited with an interest in the attacker, but it now appears that Nice are favourites to land his signature.
