Lazio target Davide Santon?

Lazio are reportedly plotting a move for Newcastle United full-back Davide Santon.

The 21-year-old, who joined the Magpies from Inter Milan in a £5m deal last summer, has been linked with moves to a number of Italian clubs in recent weeks, including Roma and Sampdoria.

New Lazio boss Vladimir Petkovic has now identified the player as a priority signing, according to Calciomercatonews.com.

Santon made 24 Premier League appearances last season.
