Remy Cabella has "no problem" with former Newcastle United boss Alan Pardew

Remy Cabella insists that he has "no problem" with Alan Pardew, after falling out of favour under the coach at Newcastle United.

Remy Cabella has insisted that he does not have any issues with former Newcastle United manager Alan Pardew.

The Frenchman fell out of favour at St James' Park under Pardew's guidance after the Magpies failed to win any of their first six Premier League games of the season.

Despite getting dropped from the first XI, Cabella has rubbished suggestions that there is a rift between himself and Pardew, who left Newcastle for Crystal Palace last month.

"I like Alan Pardew," The Chronicle quotes Cabella as saying. "It is him who I came to Newcastle to play for. I have no problem with him. It's football. If I will see him I will say hello, no problem."

Cabella, who moved to the North-East outfit from Montpellier last year, could come face to face with his former boss when Newcastle take on Palace tomorrow night.
