Team News: Jose Callejon starts up front in a much-changed Napoli side against Lazio

Maurizio Sarri has made three changes to the Napoli side that drew 2-2 with Empoli last weekend.

Jose Callejon starts alongside Gonzalo Higuain for Sarri's side in their Serie A clash with Lazio as Manolo Gabbiadini drops to the bench.

Kalidou Koulibaly and Faouzi Ghoulam also start in defence in place of Vlad Chiriches and Christian Maggio.

On-loan Milan striker Alessandro Matri comes into the Lazio side, playing alongside Keita Balde Diao up front.

Antonio Candreva fails to make the bench for Stefano Pioli's team as Ogenyi Onazi takes up the Italian's midfield berth.
