Napoli playmaker Marek Hamsik believes that his is one of "at least four" teams in with a chance of winning Serie A.

Despite Napoli not qualifying for next season's Champions League, Hamsik wants to win the Scudetto with the Coppa Italia winners, having recently signed a contract extension to keep him at the club until 2016.

"At the start of the season, everything starts from scratch. We know our worth, and victory [in the Italian Cup] has boosted our self-confidence," Hamsik told Corriere dello Sport.

"I want to win the Scudetto, but there are at least four other clubs who can win it."

Hamsik has played for Napoli since 2007, when he signed from Brescia.
