Ezequiel Lavezzi out for a month

Napoli centre-forward Ezequiel Lavezzi has been ruled out for four weeks with a thigh injury.

The 26-year-old sustained the complaint during his side's 3-1 loss to AS Roma yesterday evening.

He will now miss a number of Napoli's fixtures, but he is expected to be fit to face Chelsea in the Champions League in February.

Lavezzi joined the Naples-based club in 2007 from San Lorenzo.
