Half-Time Report: Preston North End holding MK Dons

MK Dons have been held to a 0-0 half-time draw with Preston North End at Stadium MK in League One tonight.

The Dons fashioned the game's first opportunity, as Daniel Powell saw his bid to open the scoring rebuffed by the legs of Lilywhites goalkeeper Declan Rudd after 10 minutes.

Karl Robinson's men threatened again on 32 minutes, with Izale McLeod watching his 25-yard volley sail narrowly past Rudd's left-hand post.

The hosts were unfortunate not to have earned a slender advantage at the interval, with Powell again proving a menace inside Preston's box but watched his effort squirm narrowly wide of the post.
