MK Dons will face AFC Wimbledon for the first time ever thanks to a 6-1 victory over Cambridge City in their FA Cup first-round replay.

MK Dons saw off Cambridge City 6-1 in their first-round FA Cup replay to set up a first-ever meeting with AFC Wimbledon, a club that was set up in protest of Wimbledon's move to Milton Keynes.

The Dons netted three times either side of the interval, with Dave Theobald scoring Cambridge's goal when they were 3-0 down.

In the rearranged first-round game between Braintree and League One leaders Tranmere it was the higher-ranked side who came out on top 3-0.

Elsewhere, there were replay wins for Barrow, Luton and Rochdale in normal time while three matches went to extra-time.

At Valley Parade, Bradford City scored an equaliser in the 120th minute to make it 3-3 and went on to win the penalty shootout against Northampton Town.

There was also a penalty shootout at unfancied Slough, who lost out to Mansfield while Lincoln beat Walsall 3-2 after extra time.

The second round takes place on the weekend of December 1 and 2. Click here for the draw in-full.
