Luke Varney to join Millwall on loan?

Blackburn Rovers forward Luke Varney could reportedly move to Millwall on loan.

The 32-year-old has endured an injury-plagued two-year spell with Rovers, for whom he has made just 13 appearances so far this term.

Varney could be reunited with Lions boss Ian Holloway at The Den, who managed him at Blackpool during the 2010-11 season.

According to the South London Press, Varney could make the switch to South London on a temporary basis.

Varney has also played for Crewe Alexandra, Charlton Athletic, Derby County, Portsmouth and Leeds United during his career.
