Team News: Jermaine Easter, Alan Dunne start for Millwall

Millwall have made two changes to the starting lineup that lost to Ipswich Town last weekend.

Jermaine Easter comes into the attack in place of Andy Keogh, while Alan Dunne replaces Jack Smith.
