Hoyte signs new Middlesbrough deal

Defender Justin Hoyte has signed a new two-year deal at Middlesbrough.

The 27-year-old's previous deal expired at the end of last season, and he has revealed his relief at penning a new contract at the Riverside Stadium.

Hoyte said: "It's great to get everything signed and now I can concentrate on the new season.

"Middlesbrough is a fantastic club. I feel very settled in the area."

Hoyte has made 108 appearances for Middlesbrough since he signed from Arsenal in 2008.
