Middlesbrough's Grant Leadbitter: 'We outclassed Brentford'

Grant Leadbitter has said that Middlesbrough "outclassed" Brentford in the second leg of their Championship playoff to book a place in the final at Wembley.

Aitor Karanka's side claimed a 3-0 victory at the Riverside to secure a 5-1 aggregate win, setting up a meeting with either Norwich City or Ipswich Town later this month.

The midfielder told Sky Sports News: "We outclassed Brentford tonight. A lot of people have been saying we've had a good season, but we need to get promoted to have a good season."

Lee Tomlin, Kike and Albert Adomah were all on the scoresheet this evening.
