Manchester United target Hull City's Andy Robertson?

Manchester United are reportedly preparing a £15m summer bid for Hull City left-back Andy Robertson.

Manchester United are reportedly preparing a summer bid of £15m for Hull City left-back Andy Robertson.

The 22-year-old Scot joined the Tigers for their Premier League campaign in 2014-15 and stuck with Steve Bruce's side after they dropped down to the Championship.

According to The Sun, United manager Louis van Gaal views Robertson as the ideal solution to his problems at left-back and is "first in line" if Hull decide to sell this summer.

Arsenal have also been long-term admirers of Robertson but Van Gaal is reportedly prepared to outbid the Gunners as part of his £80m summer spending plans.

Hull City are currently fourth in the Championship and nine points off the automatic promotion places with six games of the season remaining.
