Marcel Sabitzer's agent Roger Wittmann addresses his Manchester United future amid talk of a permanent move to Old Trafford.

Marcel Sabitzer's agent Roger Wittmann has admitted that a decision is yet to be made on the midfielder's Manchester United future.

The Austria international joined the Red Devils on loan from Bayern Munich in the January transfer window.

As it stands, he will return to the perennial German champions when his loan deal expires at the end of the season.

The 28-year-old made 54 appearances for Bayern, contributing two goals and two assists, and he has a contract with the German club until June 2025.

However, the Bavarians are supposedly open to a possible departure, and they could part ways for an asking price of £16m.

Sabitzer has started the last three Premier League games for the Red Devils, although he was suspended for last week's Europa League meeting with Barcelona.

While Man United are believed to be considering signing Sabitzer on a permanent deal, his agent has revealed that a decision has not been made on his future.

Wittmann told German outlet Sport1: "He loves the Premier League. At Man United, we see Marcel from RB Leipzig again.

"I am very happy for him. What's next in summer? We'll see when the time comes."

Sabitzer's agent also claimed that his client's playing style has helped him adapt quickly to the Premier League.

"He loves this English hardness," Wittmann added. "It was clear from the start that the Premier League was a great fit for him.

"He is an aggressive player. He does exactly what he can there. And that's what's needed there."

Sabitzer will be hoping to be included in the starting lineup for Thursday's Europa League playoff second leg against Barcelona.

If selected, it will be Sabitzer's first appearance in the Europa League since December 2018 when he was a Leipzig player.

Man United will have home advantage this time around after playing out a 2-2 draw at the Camp Nou last week following a Marcus Rashford strike and a Jules Kounde own goal.
