Report: Patrice Evra holds Inter Milan talks

Patrice Evra has today reportedly held transfer discussions with an official from Inter Milan.

The Manchester United full-back will become a free agent in the summer once his contract at Old Trafford expires.

He has been linked with a return to his native France with either Paris Saint-Germain or Monaco, while further speculation has hinted that David Moyes was eager to keep the 32-year-old at Old Trafford.

However, Serie A outfit Inter are now the frontrunners following a meeting between the defender and director of sport Piero Ausilio in London this afternoon, according to TuttoMercatoWeb.

The Nerazzurri are also thought to be close to securing the services of Evra's teammate Nemanja Vidic.
