Marcus Rashford to leave Manchester United if Justin Kluivert signs?

A report claims that Manchester United's apparent pursuit of Ajax forward Justin Kluivert could leave Marcus Rashford's future at the club in doubt.

Manchester United striker Marcus Rashford's future at the club would be in jeopardy if they sign Justin Kluivert from Ajax, according to reports.

Speculation has claimed that United are in advanced talks with Ajax over a £10m deal for the 18-year-old striker, although Kluivert has seemingly ruled himself out of a switch to Old Trafford in the immediate future.

However, the Red Devils are still monitoring the youngster's progress and The Express reports that any deal for Kluivert could spell the end of Rashford's Manchester United career.

The 20-year-old has not started a Premier League game for United since Boxing Day, dropping down the pecking order due to the form of Anthony Martial and arrival of Alexis Sanchez.

United's apparent pursuit of Kluivert could see Rashford's first-team chances at the club limited even further, which the report claims would force the England international to consider his future at his boyhood team.

Rashford has appeared in all but one of United's 26 Premier League games so far this season, but almost half of those have come off the bench.
