Manchester United are reportedly willing to take a hit on both Anthony Martial and Eric Bailly in this summer's transfer window.
Both players have fallen down the pecking order at Old Trafford and their long-term futures at the club are believed to be uncertain as they are due to see their contracts expire in June 2024.
Martial, 26, is set to return to the Red Devils following an underwhelming loan spell with Sevilla in the second half of last season, which saw him score only once in 12 appearances across all competitions.
Despite one report claiming that United expect Martial to remain at the club this summer, The Sun states that Erik ten Hag's side are prepared to accept offers of £20m for the Frenchman, almost half what they initially forked out to sign the forward from Monaco in 2015.
The report adds that the Red Devils are also willing to take a hit on 28-year-old Bailly, who is valued at around £8.5m, which is more than three times less than the amount they spent on the former Villareal defender in 2016.
While Martial was sent out on loan in January, Bailly endured a frustrating 2021-22 campaign at Old Trafford, featuring in only seven games across all competitions.
Ten Hag will likely use the funds generated from player sales to pursue a deal for top target Frenkie de Jong, who is valued at around €85m (£73m) by Barcelona.
