Real Madrid and Spain winger Marco Asensio has reportedly been offered to Manchester United by his agent Jorge Mendes ahead of this summer's transfer window.

Manchester United have reportedly been offered the chance to sign Real Madrid winger Marco Asensio this summer.

The 26-year-old, who is approaching the final year of his contract, is one of a number of first-team players who face an uncertain future at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Asensio recorded 12 goals and two assists in 42 appearances for Los Blancos in 2021-22, but the winger is not regarded as a guaranteed starter under Carlo Ancelotti.

According to El Chiringuito TV, via The Mirror, Asensio has been offered to Man United by the player's agent Jorge Mendes ahead of this summer's transfer window.

The report adds that Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic could also be heading for the exit door as Real plan to revamp their squad ahead of the new campaign.

Man United boss Erik ten Hag is set to make wholesale changes to his first-team squad this summer particularly in midfield, following the departures of Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Juan Mata and Nemanja Matic.

Asensio, who has been with Real Madrid since 2015, has previously been linked with the likes of Arsenal, Tottenham Hotspur and AC Milan.
