Manchester United are confident that they will secure the signing of Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho, so long as they achieve Champions League qualification.

Manchester United are reportedly confident that they will secure the signing of Borussia Dortmund's Jadon Sancho.

The 19-year-old has established himself as one of the most sought-after prospects in world football this season, having registered 14 goals and 16 assists in the German top tier this season.

Sancho has been widely linked with a move to United or Liverpool in recent months, and according to the Mirror, The Red Devils believe that a guarantee of Champions League football should see them land the teenager.

The report also claims that Dortmund would be willing to part ways with the England international for a fee of £130m, but United would reportedly have to fend off competition from French champions Paris Saint-Germain for the attacker's signature.

With uncertainty continuing to surround the future of Paul Pogba, the 20-time English champions could allegedly use the funds raised from a potential sale of the Frenchman in their pursuit of Sancho.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side continued their Europa League campaign with a 5-0 thrashing of Austrian side LASK Linz in the first leg of the last-16 stage on Thursday evening.
