Jimenez 'wants to stay at Wolves despite Man United link'

Wolverhampton Wanderers striker Raul Jimenez is reportedly not interested in leaving his current club during this summer's transfer window.

The Mexico international has been in excellent form for Nuno Espirito Santo's side during the 2019-20 campaign, scoring 26 times and registering 10 assists in 53 appearances in all competitions.

Manchester United have been strongly linked with the striker, and a recent report claimed that the Red Devils were closing in on a move for the 29-year-old.

However, according to Record, Jimenez 'is happy in Wolverhampton' and is not interested in leaving Molineux ahead of the 2020-21 campaign.

Jimenez has 'interest from great teams', though, according to the report, with Juventus also thought to be closely monitoring the developments surrounding his future.

The striker's contract with Wolves, who could still qualify for next season's Champions League via the Europa League, is due to run until June 2023.
