Javier Hernandez has hinted that he may leave Manchester United this summer, after growing tired of a lack of starts for the club.
The Mexican international has seen his chances limited at Old Trafford, with Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney and Danny Welbeck all ahead of him in the pecking order.
He has admitted that he does not like people referring to him as a player who can make an impact when coming off the bench and feels that he should be his club's first-choice striker.
"I've never seen myself as a sub and I don't like being one, and believe me, I am tired of a lot of people seeing me that way, as a 'super-sub'," The Express quotes him as saying.
"I'm a player that has made a difference as a starter."
Hernandez helped Mexico to a 1-0 win against Cameroon in their opening World Cup match on Friday.
