Borussia Dortmund 'set Jadon Sancho transfer deadline'

Borussia Dortmund are reportedly only willing to entertain offers for Jadon Sancho until the end of July.

Since the turn of the year, the England international has been heavily linked with a summer switch to Manchester United.

However, while the Premier League giants remain favourites for the 20-year-old's signature, it has been suggested that they may only be willing to offer £50m, significantly below Dortmund's valuation.

Regardless of the fee involved, Ruhr Nachrichten claims that Dortmund are only prepared to hold negotiations until the end of this month.

Although a date for the new season has not been set, it appears that club officials have little interest in a prolonged saga regarding the player's future.

Sancho's contract at the Westfalenstadion does not expire until 2022.
