Team News: Morgan Schneiderlin returns for Manchester United

Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin is handed a recall to the starting lineup for the Premier League fixture at Sunderland.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has handed a recall to midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin for the Premier League fixture with Sunderland.

The French international replaces Marouane Fellaini in the only change to the team that started the 1-1 draw with Chelsea last weekend.

As for Sunderland, boss Sam Allardyce has made two alterations to the side which secured a 2-2 draw away at Liverpool seven days ago.

DeAndre Yedlin and Dame N'Doye have both been introduced to the side, with Billy Jones and Duncan Watmore dropping out of the squad.

Adam Johnson, who came off the bench to score at Anfield last week, was sacked by Sunderland on Thursday.
