Preview: Norwich City vs. Manchester United

Sports Mole looks ahead to Saturday's Premier League meeting between Norwich City and Manchester United at Carrow Road.

Manchester United can consolidate their lead at the top of the Premier League table on Saturday evening when they travel to Carrow Road to face Norwich City.

The Red Devils have won their previous five consecutive games in the league and suffered their last defeat against Tottenham Hotspur nearly two months ago.

However, this weekend they come up against a Norwich side in good form with eight points from a possible 12.

Harry Kane and Russell Martin could return for the hosts following ankle and back injuries respectively, otherwise manager Chris Hughton has no fresh concerns ahead of the contest.

Phil Jones has a chance of being named in the United squad, but Shinji Kagawa and Nani are still sidelined.

Last year's fixture saw Ryan Giggs grab a late winner as the visitors earned a dramatic 2-1 victory.

Recent form:

Norwich: LWDWWD

Man Utd: WWLWWW

Possible lineups:

Norwich: Ruddy; Whittaker, Bassong, Turner, Garrido; Johnson, Pilkington, Hoolahan, Tettey; Snodgrass; Holt

Man Utd: De Gea; Rafael, Ferdinand, Evans, Evra; Young, Cleverley, Carrick, Scholes; Rooney, Van Persie

Sports Mole says: 1-2
