Manchester United striker Robin van Persie has been voted as the Sir Matt Busby Player of the Year by the club's fans at their end-of-season awards ceremony at Old Trafford.
The Dutchman has scored 25 league goals so far in his debut season with the club that has helped United earn their 20th Premier League title.
"This whole year has been incredible. I have to thank all the boys, the staff and the fans, who since day one, have been unbelievable. It's been an honour," said Van Persie.
"It's made such a big impact on me and I'm still thrilled about what's happened in the last 10 months or so. Hopefully, we can do even better, crack on and win even more trophies."
United travel to West Bromwich Albion for their final match of the season on Sunday.
