Manchester United announce turnover increase

Premier League champions Manchester United are reportedly preparing to announce an increase in first-quarter turnover.

The club are said to have achieved a 16.5% rise, which adds up to around £73.8m.

A large factor behind the record-breaking figures is thought to be the club's recent sponsorship deals with DHL and Beeline.

It also has seen United's gross debt drop to £433.2m.
