Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane and Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne have both been nominated for the Ballon d'Or.
France Football is announcing the 30 players who have been selected in groups of five, with the first batch seeing Paris Saint-Germain attacker Neymar being nominated.
Kane has now been recognised for his performances for Spurs, with the England international finishing as top goalscorer in the Premier League last season and starting the new campaign with 15 goals for club and country.
De Bruyne has been equally impressive for City, with the Belgian playmaker contributing many assists to add to his six goals netted since the start of 2017.
Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has also received a nomination, partly due to keeping 19 clean sheets in all competitions for United and Spain over the course of the last eight months.
Bayern Munich frontman Robert Lewandowski and Roma striker Edin Dzeko are the other two names to feature on the latest list.
