Phil Jones says that although Manchester United are completely focused, talk of a possible treble is far too early.

Manchester United defender Phil Jones has insisted that it is too early to be talking about a possible treble.

United are unbeaten in their last 11 games and are top of the Premier League, through to the fifth round of the FA Cup and await Real Madrid in the Champions League.

"The treble is too far in the distance," Jones told The Guardian. "We just have to concentrate on the games coming up.

"We have a good team here and a solid foundation. This year we are more concentrated on us and what we are about. You can see it with all the lads in training.

"We have lots of games coming up. There are a lot of tricky games and it is a tough period but we know if we have everyone fit, we will be fine."

United's next game is against Southampton on Wednesday.
