Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson wants his side to bounce back from their FA Cup defeat to Chelsea by winning against Manchester City next week.

Sir Alex Ferguson has challenged his Manchester United players to claim all three points from next Monday's Manchester derby at Old Trafford.

The Scottish manager saw his side exit the FA Cup at the quarter-finals stage to Chelsea earlier today.

However, with his side 15 points clear of rivals Manchester City, Ferguson has now turned his attention to securing the Premier League title.

"We must kick on. We're disappointed and the players are down, but we need to forget this and look forward to the game with City. A positive result for us next Monday will just about seal the title," he told MUTV.

During the corresponding fixture last season, City ran out 6-1 winners.
