Evans passed fit for Ireland

Manchester United defender Jonny Evans has reportedly been passed fit to start for Northern Ireland in Tuesday's clash with Luxembourg.

The 25-year-old took part in Friday's 2-0 defeat to Russia, but it is understood that he further aggravated an ankle injury.

However, according to Sky Sports News, the centre-back will feature from the start in the second match of their qualification campaign.

Evans is yet to feature for United this season.
