Scott McTominay is in line to make his return for Manchester United in Sunday's clash with West Ham United.

Scott McTominay has travelled with the Manchester United squad to London for Sunday afternoon's Premier League clash with West Ham United.

The Scotland international has missed his side's last four matches in all competitions after undergoing groin surgery but has returned to first-team training quicker than expected.

McTominay was thought to be close to featuring against Newcastle United in the league last weekend but ultimately missed out against the Magpies and was also absent against Young Boys in the Champions League on Tuesday.

However, the midfielder has been pictured travelling with the Man United squad for Sunday's clash with West Ham, meaning that he is in line to return to action against the Hammers.

The 24-year-old featured in his side's opening two matches of the new Premier League campaign against Leeds United and Southampton.

Man United have picked up 10 points from their opening four games of the 2021-22 league season to sit third in the table behind Liverpool and Manchester City.
