Another mouth-watering weekend of Premier League action awaits in gameweek 26, which is headlined by a showdown between top-four hopefuls Chelsea and Manchester United.

Leicester City and Arsenal meet in an intriguing clash earlier in the day on Sunday, while runaway leaders Manchester City will be bidding for a 20th straight win across all competitions at home to West Ham United.

Liverpool, meanwhile, will hope to arrest their alarming downfall at bottom-of-the-table Sheffield United.
