Eden Hazard's record vs. Manchester United

Ahead of Chelsea's trip to face top-four rivals Manchester United on Sunday, Sports Mole looks at how Eden Hazard has fared in past meetings with the Red Devils.

Champions League-chasing Chelsea face a trip to Old Trafford on Sunday where they will come up against Manchester United and former manager Jose Mourinho.

The defending Premier League champions sit fourth in the table ahead of the weekend's action, but victory over United would see them move level on points with the second-placed Red Devils.

Chelsea's results have been patchy of late, leading to speculation over the future of Antonio Conte, but Eden Hazard is starting to rediscover his best form having scored six goals and assisted two more in his last seven games across all competitions.

Here, Sports Mole looks at how he has fared against Manchester United in the past.

Hazard vs. Man Utd

Hazard's previous record against the Red Devils is a very good one, with only two defeats from his past 14 meetings with United across all competitions, as well as seven wins in that time.

However, the Belgian has never been on the winning side at Old Trafford, losing his most recent visit there last season and drawing the remaining four of his past trips to the red half of Manchester.

Hazard has scored at the stadium, though, doing so in the quarter-finals of the 2012-13 FA Cup to earn Chelsea a 2-2 drawn before they went on the win the replay at Stamford Bridge.

All seven of Hazard's wins against United have come at the Bridge, as have both of his Premier League goals in this fixture, netting the only goal of the game in 2014-15 and helping the Blues to a 4-0 triumph at home last season.

Arguably Hazard's best match against United came in the last 16 of the 2012-13 League Cup, though, when he registered a goal and an assist in a memorable 5-4 extra-time triumph for his side to help them into the quarter-finals.
