Rodney Marsh hints at Yaya Toure departure from Manchester City

Marsh hints at Toure exit

Former Manchester City forward Rodney Marsh believes that Yaya Toure could be edging closer to the exit door at the Etihad Stadium.

The Ivory Coast international has scored some vital goals for the North-West outfit this season, but Marsh has claimed that the midfielder is "unhappy".

"People close to Manchester City tell me Yaya Toure is not very happy and he's one of their great players," Marsh told talkSPORT.

"When you start to hear rumblings from within the camp, and you see the way Toure played last weekend [at Sunderland], when he was strolling around and didn't look interested, I'm wondering now if it will all go a little bit the other way."

City are currently eighth in the Premier League table after 11 games.
