Manchester City captain Vincent Kompany has praised the club for its work in the summer transfer window.
The Blues have added four players to their squad in recent weeks in the form of Alvaro Negredo, Stevan Jovetic, Fernandinho and Jesus Navas.
"You can see that whoever is responsible for bringing in the players at City did their homework really well," The Sun quotes Kompany as saying.
"They bring something different to the team and I'm sure they'll have a great season."
City get their Premier League campaign underway at home to Newcastle United on August 19.
