Edin Dzeko to sign new three-year contract extension at Manchester City?

Edin Dzeko is reportedly close to signing a three-year contract extension at Manchester City.

Edin Dzeko is reportedly close to agreeing a contract extension at Manchester City, just over 12 months since he was touted as a possible departure from the Etihad Stadium.

The Bosnian revealed last Tuesday that he has been in discussions with the Premier League champions for a number of weeks regarding a new deal.

According to the Daily Star, Dzeko is poised to sign a three-year extension after agreeing to remain on his current salary.

The forward has found the back of the net 66 times in 148 appearances since his move from Wolfsburg back in 2011.
