Sergio Aguero vows to return to Independiente when Manchester City deal ends

Aguero vows to return to boyhood club

Sergio Aguero has revealed that he will return to his homeland to play for Independiente when his contract expires at Manchester City.

The 26-year-old recently signed a new five-year contract with the Premier League champions.

However, the former Atletico Madrid star says that he does not want to leave it too late to return to his boyhood club.

"I have always said that I am going to return to Independiente while I am physically fit," Sky Sports News quotes Aguero as saying.

"I am sure that once my contract has ended at City I am going to return. I don't want to return at an age when everything will cost me too much."

Aguero signed for the North-West outfit back in 2011.
