Team News: Two changes for Manchester City against Newcastle United

Manchester City make two changes as the club host Newcastle United at the Etihad Stadium in Saturday's late kickoff.

Manchester City have made two changes to their side as the club host Newcastle United at the Etihad Stadium in Saturday's late kickoff.

City boss Pep Guardiola has brought in Oleksandr Zinchenko for Fabian Delph at left-back, while Fernandinho replaces Ilkay Gundogan in midfield.

Delph sustained an injury in last weekend's defeat to Liverpool, with Zinchenko selected by Guardiola ahead of Danilo, who is on the bench.

Newcastle United manager Rafael Benitez has made four changes to the side that drew with Swansea City last time out.

In defence, DeAndre Yedlin is replaced by Javier Manquillo, while Jacob Murphy and Isaac Hayden get the nod over Matt Ritchie and Ayoze Perez in midfield.

Up front, Christian Atsu maintains his place, but Dwight Gayle is replaced by Joselu.

Manchester City: Ederson; Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Zinchenko; Fernandinho, Silva, De Bruyne; Sterling, Sané, Agüero
Subs: Bravo, Danilo, Gündogan, Mangala, Bernardo, Adarabioyo, Diaz

Newcastle United: Darlow; Manquillo, Lascelles, Clark, Dummett; Murphy, Shelvey, Hayden, Diame; Atsu, Joselu
Subs: Elliot, Yedlin, Haidara, Merino, Ritchie, Perez, Gayle
